Eligibility Criteria for Applying
Applicants who wish to apply for these India Post office jobs have to satisfy the following eligibility conditions before applying. The eligibility conditions are as follows:

Application Fee Details related to this GDS Recruitment
Applicants who belong to the different categories have to pay different amounts of application fees. The application fee structure is as follows:
For candidates belonging to the Unreserved (UR) Category, the applicable application fee is Rupees 100 only (Rs 100/-).
· However, in line with applicable regulations and guidelines, certain categories of applicants are exempted from paying the application fee. Specifically, candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC) category, Scheduled Tribe (ST) category, Persons with Disabilities (PWD) category, Female Candidates, and Transwomen applicants are not required to pay any application fee. The application fee for these categories is Nil.
Key Application Dates
· The online application portal will open and the Starting Date for Apply Online is scheduled to be the 10th of February, 2025 (10-02-2025).
· The online application portal will close, and the Last Date for applying online is scheduled to be: 03rd of March, 2025 (03-03-2025).

(a) The Department and engaging authorities of each post reserve the right to modify, cancel the notification, or revise the number of posts at any time without assigning any reason or stopping the engagement process altogether.
(b) The department is not responsible for non-receipt of email/SMS to the applicants due to any reasons and the candidates are, therefore, advised to continue to visit the online engagement portal regularly for the latest updates.
(c) The Department does not make any phone calls to the applicants/shortlisted candidates. The correspondence, if any, will be made with applicants through the respective Engaging Authority only. Applicants are advised not to disclose their personal information/registration number/ mobile numbers/email IDs to others and be guarded against any unscrupulous phone calls.
(d) Applicant can view his/her application submitted status on the website by providing the registration number and mobile number.
(e) For any Queries, the Division-wise help desk and mobile numbers are provided on the website. The Department would not entertain any query on any other number, other than the help desks. The Department would also not entertain any communication regarding acceptance of applications in any other form and any such communication will be filed.
